Fitness Club

The secret of success is sweat and this is the mantra of EGC Fitness club. Our program of activities and workouts is based on modern paradigms such as:

  • EMOM (Every minute on the minute)
  • AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
  • EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) which includes Interval training such as HIIT/ Tabata.
  • Strength and conditioning

All of these workouts is designed with alternatives for different levels of fitness enthusiasts, such that everyone can set their own challenges.
